Should I use acrylic or latex spray paint if I don’t want it to chip off easily after sanding, washing, and priming it?

Sorry I haven’t finished everyone’s requests yet
These past few weeks have been difficult for me personally. I’ve been lazy, rude, dishonest, and many other things. I’m just grateful for all of you bearing with me. I’m just having a really hard time with school grades and tests right now (F in one class and Cs in two others). Pretty soon the month will be over and so will school. I’ll try my best I can to finish these requests but for now I’ve got to study hard for finals.
